Where are you located in the mall and which entrance is the quickest to find the party?

The studio is located thru the hallway near the children's play area beside Princess Diaries and Belk’s. The Regal parking garage entrance is adjacent to the Belk’s side entrance of the studio. Once inside the mall, the studio is immediately on the left. Our address is 7600 Kingston Pk Ste 1465 Knoxville TN 37919

May we bring our own cake / catering food etc.?

We prefer not but you may speak with an associate to discuss details.
Pizza from Sbarros may be added to your party for an additional fee ($17.00 - large your choice).

Is there a minimum of kids?

We plan the party for 8-10 girls. Additional girls may be added for an extra $20.00.

What ages do you offer parties for?

Our parties cater to ages 3-16. Our sweet 16 party has teens in the upper age range. The Glitter and Bling party is ideal for this age group as well.

Are boys allowed?

Yes, boys are allowed and will enjoy the party. We have items in the photo booth box that he may enjoy. For example, he may enjoy dressing like a pirate or Groucho Marx or possibly his favorite rock star.
I would suggest the Hero theme if there are several boys. We also have party favors, games and crafts for boys.

What are your party hours?

The party options are open 7 days a week. Monday - Thursday we offer evening parties. Friday, we offer two party times, 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Saturday time slots are 10:00 am, 1:00 pm, 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Sunday we offer 1:00 pm and 4:00pm.

What time should we arrive at the party?

We have a very short time span to prepare for the next party so we ask that you not arrive too early. We will open the doors 5 minutes prior to the party with the Birthday party girl entering first with her friends.

How long is a party?

A party usually lasts 2 hours. We schedule our parties pretty tight so our hosts try our best to stay on schedule. Spa parties do not include the hair or dress up due to time restraints, but the photo booth is available.

Are parents allowed to drop children off?

Yes, you may. However, we ask that you arrive back 15 minutes prior to party ending.

Do you have accommodations for children with allergies / diet restrictions?

If you have a child in your party with food allergies, gluten free diet, etc., please make us aware ahead of time so we may accommodate that child and not have them feel left out.

Do we tip the hosts?

The hosts are paid per party so that option is entirely up to you, but is not included in the package.

How do I pay for the party?

You may pay online via PayPal, any major credit card or in store. We do ask for a $125.00 nonrefundable payment fee at time of booking your party.

Is the studio open during the week?

We are open by appointment during the week. If your child is having a bad day or needs a pick-me-up, we can work in a special day just for them to have their hair and nails done by one of our hosts. In addition, any weeknight party, Monday – Thursday, will be at a 20% percent discounted rate.

How do we know about upcoming events?

Submit your email to us we are always updating our page, adding new ideas and photos to view. This allows us to share the new upcoming specials and events. We are also on Facebook and Instagram. Follow us there for upcoming surprises!

Is your party space limited?

We have a very spacious party venue area and we are handicap accessible. We want everyone to feel included and to have a laughter filled day.
